Although we did not stay in the hotel, we dined at Brassica for dinner on Valentine’s Day. The bar experience, dining and valet was exceptional. Our valet Jermaine was a rockstar and very kind! Appreciated the overall experience and ambience. Only feedback was the flounder was a bit off but honestly for a holiday evening it was pretty amazing.

Enjoyed my stay. Shout out to the male front deak agent who was working this past weekend. He was going above and beyond. The only thing that really needs to be improved is the valet. It was super clear you were understaffed. When I pulled in the hotel, the line to enter the hotel was backed up down the street. Likewise, about 6 hours later I needed my car again, and the line was still backed up with the valet taking over 10 minutes to pull my car around. He was in the car....but he couldn't get into the property because of the backup. When I checked out there seemed to only be 1-2 valetmen working so the really awesome male front desk agent (longer hair I forgot his name) went to get my car. I was not expecting a hotel like this to have such constant issues with the valets. You need to address this.

He ensured that absolutely no stone was left unturned, checking in on every detail to make sure our stay was as comfortable and seamless as possible. ### Exquisite Dining & Relaxation Our evenings at **Brassica** were the highlight of our trip. Between the fine wine, the world-class dining, and the soulful live music, we found ourselves dancing the night away. It was the perfect atmosphere to focus on each other. We concluded our getaway with a much-needed **couple’s massage** at the spa. It was the ultimate way to decompress and reflect on a perfect weekend. The Waldorf Astoria Buckhead isn't just a hotel; it’s a place where memories are made. We will never forget this experience and are already looking forward to our next romantic escape here.

The hotel is so lovely! From the moment you pull in the valet staff is on top of welcoming you to the hotel and even opens the hotel doors for you. They make sure you know where to go to check-in! The lobby is always pristine, calming and there is always someone at the desk ready to assist. Check-in is consistent across the board - never have had an issue. It really feels like everyone cares about you, and wants to ensure your stay is great! There is such a charm to this hotel and the rooms are beautiful, clean and comfy! Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

I had the best massage therapist a week ago. My dental team and i had a full pampering day sponsored by our boss. I cannot remember my therapist name but she was attentive, thorough and gentle. I dont like hard, deep massages and she listened to my needs and we had a good conversation during the massage. She also gave me a tour of the couples suite. My overall experience was satisfying. Very nice hotel with fantastic amenities. I will be back.

Perfect. Exquisite. Impeccable. Luxury at its finest. Every detail from breakfast presentation to the spa bathrobes in the guest rooms was elevated. Superior customer service - professional and courteous. The bellman, front desk, and restaurant staff were DELIGHTFUL. Cleanliness immaculate. The height of hospitality luxury. Once you experience the Waldorf, you don't want to stay anywhere else!

He made the check-in process seamless and welcoming, ensuring every detail was handled with care. His warm demeanor and genuine hospitality immediately made me feel valued and appreciated as a guest. Jermaine, the bellman, was equally impressive. He assisted with my luggage promptly and went above and beyond to help with any additional needs during my stay. His professionalism, attentiveness, and pleasant attitude truly reflected the high standard of excellence this property is known for. Because of team members like Abusalt and Jermaine, my experience was not only comfortable but truly first-class. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning soon.

Loved our stay here during the holidays, top notch hospitality. Nice, comfortable and big rooms, not outdated. Only recommendation would be to fix the showers, we had to leave the water running for about 20mins every time before it’d come out hot. Other than that, I’m beyond happy with our stay! Shoutout to Margaret the hostess at the bar and the very nice bartender (I can’t recall his name but I believe is Aaron) great customer service!
